For qualification-related courses, including teaching-related courses, criteria 1 and 2 do not apply under the inter-faculty/inter-department course-taking system.

When taking qualification-related courses, including teaching-related courses, criteria 1 and 2 do not apply. The stated exception does not extend to criteria 3 and 4.
