Maximum Enrollment Period and Dismissal

The maximum period of enrollment is eight years in the stated programmes. Students who exceed this period may be dismissed from the University, subject to the applicable scope and exceptions.

Systems Design and Technology: 2026 rule

For the 2026 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of System Design and Technology, a student who exceeds the maximum enrollment period of eight years will be dismissed from the University. Separate provisions apply to transfer students and readmitted students.

Future Science: 2025 rule

For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Future Science, the total period of enrollment is eight years, excluding periods of leave of absence. If a student has not graduated and exceeds the eight-year period, the student will be dismissed from the University.
