When Recognized Credits Appear on Your Transcript

For the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2026, the transcript term depends on when you submit your credit-recognition application.

Transcript timing by application period

If you apply during the Faculty of Science and Technology Office's open dates and times from July through December, the recognized credits will appear on your second-semester transcript. If you apply during the office's open dates and times from January through June, they will appear on your first-semester transcript.
