For the 2025 academic year, certain part-time jobs are listed as restricted because they involve work contrary to law.

Jobs listed as restricted

The following types of part-time work are listed as restricted under work contrary to law: piece-rate work without a guaranteed fixed wage amount; mediation or referral to a for-profit employment-placement operator; work related to multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes; and work that may intervene in a labor dispute.
