This page explains the class arrangements that apply when a strong-wind warning is in force and what happens when the warning has been lifted by 6:00 a.m.

Class arrangements during a storm warning

When a strong-wind warning caused by a typhoon or similar event is in force in Tokyo’s 23 wards, time-based class measures apply. If the warning has been lifted by 6:00 a.m., classes are held as usual.
