Teaching Licences Available Through Your Programme

For the 2026 academic year, this page explains which school-level teaching licences are available and the principle that your own department’s licence must also be obtained when adding a licence for another subject.

Available school-level teaching licences

The university offers teaching licences for middle schools and high schools. Licences for special-needs schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, and school health teacher positions cannot be obtained through the university.

Your affiliation determines the available licences

The types of teaching licences available are specified for each affiliated faculty and department, and for each graduate school and programme. The licences available to you therefore depend on your affiliation.

Requirement to obtain your own department’s licence

In principle, students are expected to obtain the licence for the subject available through their own department. If you additionally obtain a licence for another subject, you must also obtain the licence for the school level and subject available through your own department.
