Work included on the list

The list includes the following types of work:

- Night work. - Work involving responsibility for human life, such as swimming instructors, attendants or supervisors, and babysitters. - Spying or investigation work similar to work conducted by private investigation agencies. - Work related to supporting an election. - Job offers with unclear working conditions, including cases where the wages, working hours, workplace, work content, or payment method is not specified, as well as registration-based jobs. - Job offers with conditional hiring requirements, such as an arrangement in which all ten people must be available and the other nine are not hired if even one person is missing. - Offers where the employer does not communicate whether referred students were accepted or rejected, or repeatedly does not hire them without a valid reason.
