For the 2025 academic year, certain sex-based recruitment and hiring practices are classified as restricted job types under work contrary to law.

The following practices are listed as restricted job types under work contrary to law: setting separate recruitment or hiring numbers by sex; limiting recruitment or hiring to men only or women only; and imposing different recruitment or hiring conditions based on sex.
