Courses Excluded from the Half-Year Registration Limit

For the 2026 academic year, free subjects and intensive courses held during vacation periods are excluded from the half-year course-registration limit. Registration beyond the limit is generally not permitted, except for the allowance specified in the rules.

Courses not counted toward the limit

Free subjects are not included in the half-year course-registration limit. Intensive courses held during the summer, winter, or spring vacation are also excluded from the limit.

Registration beyond the limit

The course-registration limit is intended to support planned study over four years and sufficient understanding of course content. Except for the allowance specified in the rules, students may not register beyond the limit.
