Re-Examinations and Course Completion

For the 2026 academic year, this page explains when a re-examination may be offered and how its result can affect course completion at the Tokyo Senju Campus.

When a re-examination may be added

For the Faculty of System Design and Technology at the Tokyo Senju Campus, a re-examination may be added in addition to the examination types listed in Article 2(1).

Faculty of Future Science: eligibility and course completion

For the Faculty of Future Science at the Tokyo Senju Campus, a re-examination may be given when course completion was not recognized because of a poor result on the semester-end examination described in Article 2(2), if the instructor who taught the course considers it especially necessary. The re-examination result may be used to determine whether course completion is recognized.

Faculty of System Design and Technology: eligibility and course completion

For the Faculty of System Design and Technology at the Tokyo Senju Campus, a re-examination may be given when course completion was not recognized because of a poor result in the term-end examination, if the instructor who taught the course considers it particularly necessary. The result may be used to recognize course completion.
