Student Disciplinary Rules

This page explains conduct that may lead to discipline, the available disciplinary measures, and when expulsion may apply.

Grounds for Discipline and Possible Measures

A student may be disciplined if they violate university rules or regulations or act contrary to their duties as a student. Disciplinary action may be imposed by the university president after deliberation by the faculty meeting. Depending on the circumstances, the measures are expulsion, suspension, or reprimand. Expulsion applies to a student whose conduct is poor and for whom there is no prospect of improvement.
