Class Arrangements During Transport Strikes

For the 2026 academic year, this guidance explains when classes continue and when Period 5 is cancelled during transport service disruptions at the Tokyo Senju Campus.

When Classes Continue or Are Cancelled

For students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology at the Tokyo Senju Campus during the 2026 academic year, classes are held as usual if only other private railway lines are suspended because of a strike or similar event. If the qualifying service is suspended at 3:00 p.m., Period 5 is cancelled.
