Second-Class Teaching Licenses

Tokyo Denki University students cannot obtain a second-class teaching license under the stated academic-year and faculty scopes.

2025 eligibility

For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Future Science, and Faculty of Engineering (Evening Division) at Tokyo Senju Campus cannot obtain a second-class teaching license. A second-class teaching license is a type of teaching license available to junior college graduates.

2026 eligibility for the Faculty of Engineering (Evening Division)

For the 2026 academic year, students in the Faculty of Engineering (Evening Division) at Tokyo Senju Campus cannot obtain a second-class teaching license. A second-class teaching license is a type of teaching license available to junior college graduates.
