Leave of Absence: Maximum Duration and Required Procedures

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, a leave of absence may total up to three years. Failure to complete the required procedures may result in removal from the student register.

Maximum cumulative duration

The total period of leave of absence may be up to three years.

Required procedures

If the required procedures for a leave of absence are not completed, you may be removed from the student register.
