Reasons for Removal from Enrollment

For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of Engineering Second Division may be removed from enrollment for serious academic problems, prolonged unreported absence, failure to return from leave, or failure to advance after extended enrollment in the same year.

Circumstances That May Lead to Removal

A student may be removed from enrollment if any of the following applies: their academic performance is particularly poor and there is no prospect of improvement; they are absent continuously for more than three months without notification and without a valid reason; they do not return from leave after exceeding the total permitted leave period; or they remain unable to advance after being enrolled in the same academic year for more than four years in total.
