Requirements for Progression from the Third to Fourth Year in Architecture

For the 2026 academic year, Architecture students must meet the following subject-category credit requirements to progress from the third to the fourth year.

Required Credits by Subject Category

To progress from the third to the fourth year, students in the Architecture Department must earn at least 6 credits in English courses, 2 credits in hands-on workshops, 10 credits in humanities courses, and 16 credits in natural science courses. The natural science requirement must include seven required courses. Free-choice courses are not counted toward any of these requirements.
