Class Cancellations During Transit Strikes

This page explains when the strike-related class cancellation measures apply and which class periods are cancelled or held as usual.

When the strike measures apply

The period-specific strike measures apply when service on JR lines in the Tokyo metropolitan area, or on private railway or subway lines serving the nearest stations to Tokyo Senju Campus—Kita-Senju Station and Keisei Sekiya Station—is reported to be suspended because of a strike or similar disruption.

Which class periods are cancelled

If service is suspended at 6:00 a.m., classes in periods N1 and N2 are cancelled. If service is suspended at 9:00 a.m., classes in periods N3, N4, and N5 are cancelled. If service is suspended at 3:00 p.m., classes in periods N6 and N7 are cancelled. If the suspension has been lifted by 6:00 a.m., classes are held as usual.
