Refund Rules for Course-Auditor Fees
Course-auditor fees already paid are nonrefundable in the covered faculties and academic years, including when a qualification is revoked.
Course-Auditor Fees Are Nonrefundable
For the 2025 academic year, course-auditor fees already paid are not refunded for the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus, or the Faculty of Systems Design and Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus. For the 2026 academic year, course-auditor fees already paid are also not refunded in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Saitama Hatoyama Campus if the qualification is revoked.
