Eligibility and Three-Year Limit for the Radio Engineering Examination Exemption

This page explains the credit requirements and application time limit for exemption from the Fundamentals of Radio Engineering examination subject for the First-Class and Second-Class Land Radio Engineer national examinations.

Credit requirements for eligibility

Students enrolled in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, may receive exemption from the Fundamentals of Radio Engineering subject in the First-Class and Second-Class Land Radio Engineer national examinations if they earn at least the required number of credits for each prescribed subject category and graduate.

Three-year application time limit

For the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, the partial exemption is limited to applications made within three years from the date of graduation. For the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, the exemption from the Fundamentals of Radio Engineering examination subject is likewise limited to applications made within three years from the date of graduation.
