For the 2026 academic year, this guidance explains how missing credits may be made up through the first-stage national examination and the restrictions applying to design and drafting subjects.

Design and drafting subjects must be completed while enrolled

If you do not complete Electrical Design and Electrical Drafting while enrolled, you cannot make up the missing credits by passing the examination. There are also restrictions on making up these credits through the auditing student system.
