Graduate-Progression Special Scholarship

Eligibility, recruitment, and scholarship amount

The Graduate-Progression Special Scholarship is a university-specific grant for academically excellent undergraduate students who plan to progress to a master's programme. Eligibility is limited to fourth-year undergraduate students who meet the standards for the university's internal graduate recommendation entrance examination (A schedule). Recruitment takes place in April of the student's fourth undergraduate year, and candidates are determined during that year. The scholarship is paid after the recipient passes the A-schedule examination and enters the university's master's programme in the following academic year. The grant is 200,000 yen and is available only during the first year of the master's programme.
