JASSO Scholarship Procedures After Enrollment

For 2025 students in the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, this page explains the required orientation, application, and document-submission procedures for JASSO scholarships.

Attend the Information Session and Apply by the Deadline

Students seeking an in-school JASSO scholarship must attend the information session held during the post-enrollment orientation period and complete the required application procedures by the deadline.

Submit Documents for Reserved-Admission Scholarships

Students selected for a JASSO scholarship through reserved admission must submit the “Notice of Decision on Candidate for Adoption” and the “Notification of Admission to Higher Education” by the deadline after enrolling. These submissions are required for formal adoption as scholarship students.
