When a Student Advisor Cannot Resolve Your Concern

If a student advisor determines that they cannot handle the matter raised during a consultation, the concern is reported to the appropriate academic leader.

Referral of Unresolved Concerns

After meeting with the assigned student, if the student advisor judges that they cannot deal with the matter raised during the consultation, the advisor must report the substance of the matter to the head of the student’s department or academic system.
