Services, location, and service information

The Student Consultation Room provides consultations about academic, personal, and daily-life concerns, as well as counseling by specialists. For the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, in the 2026 academic year, the room is in Building 2 on the third floor. Its service information is posted on the bulletin board at the room entrance, and no set opening hours are provided here. For the Faculty of Future Science in the 2026 academic year, the Building 2 third-floor floor map shows the Health Consultation Room (Room 20309) and the Student Consultation Room (Room 20308). The map indicates that students should enter through the automatic door at the office entrance and proceed to the back.

Personal consultations and confidentiality

For the Faculty of System Design and Technology in the 2025 academic year, the Student Consultation Room accepts consultations about students' various concerns, including academic and daily-life matters. Specialists respond, help students resolve problems, and provide appropriate guidance. Consultation details are kept strictly confidential.
