Student Support Grant Scholarship: Amount, Frequency, and Repayment

Scholarship amount

For the 2025 academic year, the Student Support Grant Scholarship amount is ¥250,000 for students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering. For the 2026 academic year, for students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science, the grant amount is, in principle, limited to the amount of tuition.

Award frequency and repayment

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science, this scholarship may be awarded no more than once in the same fiscal year. It is a grant, not a loan, so the funds do not constitute a loan. The scholarship is funded by donations to the Tokyo Denki University Support Fund designated for scholarship use.
