Recruitment periods and application deadlines

For the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, recruitment for the Alumni Association Scholarship takes place twice a year, in April and September. Applications must be submitted 10 days before the deadline for payment of tuition and other university fees. If an extension of the payment deadline has been approved, the application deadline is 10 days before the approved extended deadline.

For the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, the application deadline is also 10 days before the tuition and other university charges payment deadline, or 10 days before the extended deadline when an extension has been approved.

A student wishing to receive the scholarship should consult the Student Support Center (Student Welfare). This guidance applies to the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year.

Selection process

For the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, the decision to provide the scholarship loan is made through document screening and an interview.
