When and where consultations are available

During teaching periods, user consultation is available at the PC counter on the fourth floor of Building 2.

What advisers can help with

You may consult a user consultation adviser if you are having difficulty operating a computer, encounter errors while creating programs, have questions about coursework, or need help using General Media Center services.
