Who is eligible to apply?

The application eligibility requirement is that the applicant is a traffic orphan or has a guardian with a severe residual disability. This requirement applies to the following listed scopes: in academic year 2026, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Engineering (Evening Division), the Faculty of Future Science, and the Faculty of System Design Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus; and in academic year 2025, the Faculty of System Design Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus.
