Academic Guidance Interview Criteria

This page explains which academic situations lead to an academic guidance interview in the specified faculties and academic years.

2025: Faculty of Engineering, Second Division

At the Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, an academic guidance interview is conducted for students who meet any of these conditions: they repeat an academic year or delay graduation at the end of the academic year; their GPA is below 1.0 for two consecutive terms; or they earn zero credits in the most recent term.

2026: School of Future Science

At the Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, an academic guidance interview is conducted for students who meet any of these conditions: they earn zero credits in the most recent term; their GPA is below 1.0 for two consecutive terms; or they repeat an academic year or delay graduation at the end of the academic year.
