Student Group Fare Discount

This page explains who can use the student group fare discount and how eligible groups apply.

Eligibility

In the 2026 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology for Future Life and the School of System Design and Technology may use the student group fare discount when students travel together with accompanying faculty or staff supervisors. The required number of participants and the discount rate vary by railway company.

Application procedure

For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology for Future Life at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, complete the required information on both the Off-Campus Activity Request Form and the Group Travel Application Form, which is available at a station or travel agency. Submit both forms to the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section.
