For the 2025 academic year, the Student Support Center's Student Welfare Services office can be reached at 03-5284-5340 by students in the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus.

Services handled by Student Welfare Services

For the 2026 academic year, Student Welfare Services in the Student Support Center is located on the third floor of Building 2 at Tokyo Senju Campus for students in the Faculty of Engineering. It handles enrollment-status procedures such as leave of absence, withdrawal, and reinstatement; changes to addresses and other registered information; extracurricular activities; scholarships; issuance of student ID cards, student discount certificates, certificates of enrollment, and similar documents; procedures for the Student Education and Research Accident Insurance and the Accident Insurance for Students Pursuing Education and Research with Liability Insurance; student-life counseling; lost-and-found items; and support for students' off-campus activities.
