Liability Insurance Coverage and Premiums

For students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science, this page explains automatic coverage and when an additional one-year premium is collected.

Automatic enrollment and standard premium

All students are covered by the liability insurance. The premium for the prescribed standard period of study is paid during the enrollment procedures.

Premiums after extended study or expired coverage

If the standard period of study is exceeded because you repeat a year or for a similar reason, a one-year premium is collected when tuition is paid. If your liability-insurance coverage period expires because you repeat a year or take a leave of absence, a one-year premium is also collected when tuition is paid. If the collection method changes, the Student Support Center's Student Welfare contact will provide notice. Further details are provided in the university's insurance-system information.
