Eligibility for the Student Support Scholarship

Selection requirements and qualifying circumstances

To be selected, you must be enrolled in Tokyo Denki University or Tokyo Denki University Graduate School, have excellent character and good academic performance, and meet at least one qualifying condition. Qualifying circumstances include purchasing educational equipment or similar items to improve your own abilities, being recognized as motivated to achieve personal development for another purpose, and participating in a short-term overseas language training programme sponsored by the university. Students on a leave of absence and students studying abroad are excluded from support scholarship student status under the selection provisions.
