Eligibility requirements

For the 2026 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the School of Science and Technology, eligible students are those advancing to their third or fourth undergraduate year and those entering graduate study. The allocation includes one graduate-school student and one undergraduate student. The required GPA is 3.5 or higher. There is no income requirement.
