Course Planning and Advising for Working Students

This page explains how working students can plan their courses with the Working Students’ Course Advisor and where to find information about consultations.

Planning Your Courses with an Advisor

For course registration, students should base their study plan on their department’s learning programme and, when necessary, develop the plan with the Working Students’ Course Advisor. In the 2026 academic year, the university plans to provide course registration advice and a detailed guidance system for working students who hold regular jobs and study at night.

Consultation Method and Period

The method and period for consulting the Working Students’ Course Advisor are announced in university notices. The advisor’s name is announced at the beginning of the academic year through notices or the university website.
