Registering for Humanities and Social Sciences Open Courses

For 2025 Faculty of Engineering students at Tokyo Senju Campus, this page explains lottery-based registration, limited capacity, and when registration can be cancelled.

How registration works

Registration for courses in the Humanities and Social Sciences open-course system is generally conducted in the same way as ordinary course registration, through a lottery application.

Capacity and cancellation

The number of students who may take eligible courses offered at Saitama Hatoyama Campus is limited. Even if you are selected in the lottery, you may cancel your course registration during the course-registration period, including the registration correction period.
