Course Registration Notices, Dates, and Procedures

Find out where registration information is announced, how to register courses through UNIPA, and how duplicate-enrollment notices are issued.

Where to find registration notices and dates

Check the Course Registration Guide website and UNIPA notices for term-specific instructions. UNIPA notices provide the course registration period, class divisions, guidance information, and related details. Detailed dates for the registration period are announced through UNIPA. For the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2025, UNIPA also announces the registration and correction periods and their detailed schedules.

How to register courses through UNIPA

Students enter their own course registrations in UNIPA during the registration period. You can enter them using an on-campus computer, an internet-connected computer elsewhere, or a smartphone. UNIPA is also used for course-registration procedures and for notices such as class cancellations, make-up classes, temporary classroom changes, and grade announcements. Some courses require an application outside UNIPA.

Notices about duplicate-enrollment courses

For the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2025, UNIPA issues a notice when a course is classified as a designated duplicate-enrollment course.
