Exam Schedules, Rooms, and Seat Assignments

Find out when exam schedules, room information, seat assignments, and changes to examination arrangements are announced through UNIPA.

Exam schedules and examination rooms

For the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2025, exam dates, timetables, examination rooms, seating charts, and other exam information are published on UNIPA approximately one week before the examination period begins. Examination rooms may differ from the rooms used for regular classes.

Changes to examination arrangements

For the Faculty of System Design and Technology and the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, the stated examination arrangements are based on in-person examinations at Tokyo Senju Campus. Some details, including the examination method, may change because of infectious diseases or other circumstances. If changes apply, separate instructions will be issued through UNIPA notices and similar announcements.

Exam seat assignments

When a seat assignment or seating chart is specified, the course instructor or the Academic Affairs Office of Tokyo Senju Campus will announce it. Announcements are generally made on UNIPA from one week before the examination date. This applies to the Faculty of Future Science in academic year 2026, and to the Faculty of Engineering in academic year 2025. For academic year 2025, the same arrangement applies to the Faculty of System Design and Technology, the Faculty of Future Science, and the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus.
