Scholarship recruitment information and other student notices are posted through UNIPA, with some scopes requiring students to check the system multiple times a day.

Scholarship recruitment and communications

For students in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2025, scholarship recruitment details are announced on UNIPA when a scholarship organization requests recruitment through the university. In academic year 2026, scholarship communications, including calls for applications, are also made through UNIPA for students in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Saitama Hatoyama Campus. For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section handles scholarship administration, and all scholarship-related communications, including recruitment notices, are made through UNIPA.

Individual student notices

For students in the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, individual call-ups and similar notices are made through DENDAI-UNIPA. Students are asked to make a point of checking it multiple times a day.
