How Many Times You Can Receive the Student Support Scholarship

The Student Support Scholarship is generally limited to one award or loan during your period of enrollment at the relevant school. The applicable scope differs by academic year, campus, and faculty.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Science and Engineering Faculty

For the 2025 and 2026 academic years, the Student Support Scholarship may be awarded to a student only once during the period of enrollment at the relevant school. The scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students, and it may be loaned only once during enrollment.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Faculty-Specific Rules

For the Faculty of Engineering in the 2025 academic year, the Student Support Scholarship may be loaned only once during the student's period of enrollment. For the Faculty of System Design and Technology in the 2026 academic year, a student may be appointed as a support scholarship recipient only once during the period of enrollment at the relevant school. For the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, the 2025 academic-year rule also limits appointment to once during enrollment at the relevant school. The 2026 academic-year rule for the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division limits loans to once during enrollment; this support can be used for purposes such as participating in a university-organized short-term overseas language programme or purchasing expensive educational equipment for personal development.
