Obtaining the Leave-of-Absence Enrollment Fee Payment Slip

For students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, the payment slip for the leave-of-absence enrollment fee is available from the Student Support Center (Student Welfare).

Application for Leave or Withdrawal

When permission for withdrawal or a leave of absence is required, complete the procedure at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare). Use the designated application form. Both the student and the guarantor must sign and affix their seals to the form.
