The application desk for an insurance coverage certificate for off-campus research or similar activities is the Student Support Center (Student Welfare). This applies to students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Second Department of Engineering for the 2025 and 2026 academic years, the Faculty of System Design and Technology for the 2025 academic year, the Faculty of Engineering for the 2026 academic year, and the Faculty of Science and Technology for the 2026 academic year.
