Responsible Office for Applications

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the School of System Design and Technology, the Student Support Center (Student Welfare), Building 2, 3rd floor, handles both the Off-Campus Activity Application and the On-Campus Gathering Application.

Notification Deadline for On-Campus Gatherings

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the School of Engineering, student groups holding an on-campus gathering must notify the Student Support Center (Student Welfare) no later than one week before the activity begins.
