Updating Student and Guarantor Information

Find where to submit changes to addresses, names, workplaces, contact details, and guarantor information at the Student Support Center.

Where to submit change notifications

Submit changes to a student’s or guarantor’s address, including changes to the residential address display, to the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Services). The change notification form is available at the center. The same center handles notifications for changes to workplaces, surnames, guarantor status, and student or guarantor contact details. The responsible counter is in Building 2, 3rd floor.

Checking registered information after graduation postponement

For students whose graduation postponement was confirmed through the previous academic year’s graduation assessment, check the student address and guarantor information shown in the UNIPA Personal Information section after the March grade notification. If the information is incorrect or has changed, complete the correction procedure at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Services). The guarantor’s registered address and name are also the details printed on payment forms. If these details have changed, complete the procedure at the same center.

Updating guarantor information

If a guarantor’s address or name has changed, complete the procedure at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Services). The guarantor address and name printed on payment forms are the information registered with this center.
