Faculty or Department Transfer Applications: Office and Application Period

This page identifies the office handling transfer applications and gives the October application period for students seeking to transfer to another faculty from the following academic year.

Where to submit the application

For the 2025 academic year, applications for faculty or department transfer from the System Design and Technology Faculty at Tokyo Senju Campus are handled by the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Affairs, on the third floor of Building 2.

October application period

For the 2026 academic year, students at the System Design and Technology Faculty at Tokyo Senju Campus who wish to transfer to another faculty from the following academic year must notify the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Affairs, between October 1 and October 31.
