Where to Complete Withdrawal or Leave-of-Absence Procedures

For students in the School of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus, withdrawal and leave-of-absence procedures are handled by the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section).

Procedure Location and Required Application

For the 2025 and 2026 academic years, students in the School of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus must complete procedures to obtain approval for withdrawal or a leave of absence at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section). Use the designated application form. The student and guarantor must sign the form jointly and affix their seals.
