Registering for Science and Technology Overview

Registration rules for Science and Technology Overview differ depending on whether the timetable shows a weekday and class period or identifies the course as intensive.

Courses with a weekday and class period in the timetable

For the 2025 and 2026 academic years at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, only students who registered for Science and Technology Overview during the first-semester registration period may take the course. During the second-semester registration correction period, registration changes are limited to cancelling the course; a new registration cannot be added.

Courses marked as intensive

For the 2025 and 2026 academic years at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, a Science and Technology Overview course marked as intensive in the timetable is registered in the same way as an ordinary course.
