Applying for a student commuter certificate

If you need a student commuter certificate, apply to the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Services) for its issuance. Depending on the bus company, you may need this certificate in addition to your student ID.

Services handled by the Student Support Center

For the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Services), located on the third floor of Building 2, handles certificates of enrollment, certificates of former enrollment, student commuter certificates, student ID reissuance, student passenger fare discount certificates, and certificates for withdrawal applications.
