Find where student ID services are handled and what to do if your ID is lost or the validity sticker on the back is about to expire.

Where student ID services are handled

For students at Tokyo Senju Campus, student ID services are handled at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section), on the third floor of Building 2. This location applies to the 2025 Future Science faculty scope and the 2026 Faculty of Engineering, Division II scope.

If you lose your student ID

If you lose your student ID, promptly complete the reissue procedure at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section). This guidance applies to students in the 2025 Faculty of Engineering scope at Tokyo Senju Campus.

If the validity sticker is expiring

If the validity period of the sticker on the back of your student ID is about to expire, complete the required procedure in advance at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section). This guidance applies to students in the 2026 Faculty of Engineering, Division II scope at Tokyo Senju Campus.
