Course Registration: Eligibility, Timing, and Registration Methods

Course registration must be completed by students themselves during the designated period. This page explains the applicable timing, registration methods, and where detailed instructions are published.

Who must register and when

Students must register for courses themselves within the designated or notified registration period. For working-adult-course students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, the registration period is the same as that for students in the general course, and registration must be completed during the specified period using the prescribed method.

Registration timing and course coverage

For the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2025 and the Faculty of Advanced Sciences at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, the registration period for the full academic year is in April. In the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, registration covers first-semester and full-year courses, including intensive summer courses.

Registration methods and detailed instructions

Registration methods include applying through UNIPA for some courses and using designated forms for others. The specific registration method and registration period are announced in UNIPA notices and the Course Registration Guide. For the 2025 Faculty of Engineering students at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Course Registration Guide is available through the university website under Current Students and Parents → Tokyo Senju Campus Students → Classes, Course Registration, and Learning Support → Course Registration Guide.
